Precautions:
1. Add theemulsifier and dispersant into the oil phase during processing, and add otheradditives and active compound after uniform mixing.
2. The massdiscrepancy between the active compound and other ingredient has greatinfluence on the system, so it is suggested to conduct small test validationbefore production, and the dosage of emulsifier should be improved or matchedwith anionic emulsifier during formula preparation according to specificcircumstance, such as calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.
3. The tackifier can beorganobentonite (GY-TP206S is viscosity modifier for penoxsulam OD, and it alsohas good anti-settlement and oil perspiring restraint effect in other ODproducts).
