State-owned Key Enterprises Creating and Guiding the Future Development, Numerous New Enterprises Shining on the Service Platform of UAV Aerial Pesticide Spray

Recently, "InvestmentSymposium of Shining Star Innovation Creativity Contest of CentralEnterprises" was ceremoniously held in Wuhan, with 48 various projects ofcentral enterprises, including "UAV aerial pesticide spray chain serviceand agricultural data collection platform" of Central Research Instituteof China Chemical Science and Technology and 25 famous venture capitalinstitutions realizing investment interaction. The symposium, directed byState-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, sponsored byChina Electronics Technology Group Corporation and undertaken by HuanggangPeople's Government, was vigorously supported by NDRC, Ministry of Education,Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and InformationTechnology, Ministry of Finance and intellectual property bureau.

"UAV aerial pesticidespray chain service and agricultural data collection platform" is the onlyproject of China National Chemical Corp nominated for the final of CentralEnterprises Shining Star Innovation Contest, and also the only UAV aerialpesticide spray chain service project nominated. The project aims to establishthe big data website platform of agricultural UAV plant protection servicesystem covering UAV, drug, spray synergist and plant protection technologies,etc. and provide the comprehensive solutions of agricultural pests mitesprevention and therapy service by virtue of UAV spraying. Yao Dengfeng, theDeputy General Manager of Beijing Grand AgroChem Co., Ltd., as the executor ofthe project, has carried out the road show from agricultural big-datacollection system framework, commercial model, service brand, marketprediction, and expected income, etc.

The project not onlyresponded to the requirements of development of intellectualization ofagricultural machinery, but also served for the policy that the state aims torealize zero growth of pesticide until 2020 with broad prospects of the market.Some investment institutions expressed their strong investment willing to theproject.
